Pre-pressed rings, particularly used in power plants, provide good sealing options, especially in the area of connection parts. However, they require complex ordering and stock management for operator as specific rings need to be ordered for each internal and external diameter.

Type 743 allows for the purchase of goods sold based on weight for various cross-sections, providing the same or better sealing conditions as traditional seals. As a result, it offers significantly more cost-effective working conditions.
