Type 714 is made from chemically resistant PTFE yarns and allows for permanent sealing of valves, passages, covers, agitators, mixers, dryers, filters, and almost all application ranges.

Traditional seals experience loss of volume due to the expulsion of lubricants, requiring re-tightening and eventually repacking.
